We are so incredibly grateful for Mario and everything he did for us during our home-buying journey. We initially went with a big bank for our first home purchase, and unfortunately, they let us down. After going through that experience, we were honestly pretty discouraged and nervous about starting the process over again. Working with Mario was a completely different experience. From the beginning, he was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to explain things to us. Mario never made us feel like we were on our own. He was always there to answer our questions, walk us through our options, and help us figure out the next step. What meant the most to us was that he genuinely cared about getting us into our home. He worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to make everything come together, and he kept us informed throughout the entire process. After everything we had been through with our first attempt, finally getting the news that our loan had funded and knowing we were actually going to get our keys was such an amazing feeling. Buying our first home was a huge milestone for us, and we're so thankful Mario was the person helping us make it happen. Mario helped us in 2025 as we purchased a home. He was no-nonsense and on the ball. We appreciated his knowledge and accuracy.
